The challenge

Karaoke Rooms Barcelona runs seven private rooms of different sizes and capacities, open every day until late at night. Customers needed to see each room’s real availability and book on their own, without calls or messages, with prices that change by time slot.

The solution

We designed and built the website and a custom booking platform. Customers pick a day and see, room by room, the available 1 h 45 min slots with their price per person; each room’s minimum and maximum capacity is enforced at booking. It includes customer accounts, a drinks menu, branded transactional emails and a full profile for every room (size, screen, microphones and capacity). The platform includes an AI agent that supports the team in daily operations: it organises the rooms, keeps track of availability and follows demand by day and time slot to anticipate the busiest periods. The platform is ready for several cities.
